What time is check-in and check out?

A

Your vacation is now booked and your ready to experience the Virgin Islands! Check-in is at 3pm - 4pm SLT. Your teleport will be sent during the time above, please try to be online. If you are not ready for check-in we will move to the next check-in. We ask please be patient during check-ins. If for any reason you are not ready you will still receive the teleport LM and info.

Check out is at 3pm SLT.

What if I used the wrong name

 

A

Please use your Second Life Legacy name (login name) when booking a reservation. Please be sure to use the correct login name because display names can not be searched through the secondlife search function. ***Please use the name you use to log into Secondlife with.*** No last name please use Resident as last name.  If you do not use your Secondlife account name there will be problems finding processing you for check-in

Does Hilton's Sandals offer VIP?

A

At the moment we do not have a VIP program set up, but we will be setting up VIP service in the near future.

Can I get an extend on my room?

A

Yes you are allowed to extend your stay at Hilton's Sandals, depending on the availability of the room, you may have to move to a different Villa if the current one is already booked at the time you extend.

Do you allow tours of Hilton's Sandals Resort?

Unfortunately we do not offer tours we believe you have to truly see this for yourself. We like to keep the resort private for the current visiting guest, but located in our gallery we will have photos coming soon!

Q

I will not be able to keep my scheduled booking! Do you offer refunds?

A

Unfortunately we do not give refunds, but we can move your booking date, depending on availability. We offer this as a (one time courtesy). Here at Hilton's Sandals we understand that real life happens if you find that you can not keep your current booked date PLEASE contact us 3-5 days before before your scheduled check in. Contacting us after will not be able to honor the move date. Moving a booking date is subject to what is available.

Can I log-in my Alt for photos?

A

Alts are allowed but are subject to booking fees as if they are a guest.
